How to add Facility Location to Host Profile

To accurately position your facility on the Cavago platform, it's essential to input the correct latitude and longitude coordinates. This ensures potential clients can easily locate and navigate to your venue.

Follow these steps to obtain your facility's coordinates from Google Maps and add them to your Cavago Host Profile:

Step 1: Retrieve Coordinates from Google Maps

• Access Google Maps: Open Google Maps in your web browser.
• Locate Your Facility: Use the search bar to enter your facility's address.

• Drop a Pin:

  • Right-click on your facility's exact location on the map.
    
  • A pop-up window appears. At the top, you can find your latitude and longitude in decimal format.

• Copy Coordinates: Click on the latitude and longitude to copy the coordinates.

Step 2: Add Coordinates to Your Cavago Host Account

Log into Host Dashboard:

• • Web Dashboard: Log in to the Cavago Host dashboard using your credentials.

  • Mobile App: Open the Cavago Host App (Google Play / App Store) on your device and sign in

Navigate to Facility Settings: 

• • Click on your profile icon.

  • Navigate to "My Page".

  • Scroll down to "Your Location".

    
    
    

Step 3: Enter Coordinates

• In your location section, locate the fields labeled "Latitude" and "Longitude."

• Copy the coordinates from Google Maps and paste them into the respective fields.

Step 4: Save Changes

• After entering the coordinates, click "Save" to update your facility's location.
