How To Book Your Competition Entries

How to Book Your Competition Entries?

 

Step 1: Book the Entry:

 

Once you have found the competition, click on the 'book now' button to begin making your entries.

 

Step 2: Log In/Sign Up:

 

If you are not logged in already, you will see a pop-up box asking you to 'log In'. If you have not signed up with Cavago before then ensure to 'Sign Up' button at the button. If you need assistance in the sign-up process, follow these instructions.

 

 

Step 3: Select Classes:

 

Once logged in, you will see all of the classes that are available to book at that show. You can scroll through the page and pick the classes you would like to book. Each class will show the date on which it is due to take place above the title. You may also see a button at the top of the page that says Schedule. This will open the official show schedule which has been uploaded by the show organizer. 

 

 

Step 4: Save and Add Entries:

 

  • Choose Saved Entries: If you have used Cavago before the competition entries, your horse and riders may be saved to your account. These can be used by clicking on the drop-down boxes where your list of saved horses and riders will show.

 

 

  • Add New Entries: If you are using Cavago for the first time to make your competition entries, then you will need to add a new horse and a new rider to your account. You can do this by clicking on the 'Add Horse' or 'Add Horse Rider' buttons underneath the drop-down boxes.  

 

 

  • Top Tip: Add as much information about horses and riders for the organizers and potential commentators at the show to use!

 

 

Step 5: Confirm Entries:

 

Once you have added your horses and riders to your account, you can choose them from the drop-down list for each of the classes you wish to enter and click Confirm which will add that class to your basket. 

 

Step 6: Review Basket:

 

When you are happy that you have added all of your desired classes to your basket, you can check your basket by clicking on the white 'View Basket' box.

 

 

Step 7: Book the Classes:

 

Once you have checked your basket, click on the Book Now button which will take you to the checkout page where you will be able to add any add-ons that the organizer has available, including stabling, hooks up, and more.

 

 

Step 8: Add-Extras:

 

Choose add-ons that you want to include with your booking and then click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button which will take you to enter either your card details or enable you to pay with Apple/Google Pay. 

 

Step 9: Confirm Payment:

 

Once you have made payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email to confirm your booking. Remember to check your junk folder in case it has landed in there by accident!

How to make changes to your entries?

If you need to make any changes or adjustments to your entries, please contact the show organizers directly who will be able to assist you in making these changes. This can either be done by emailing/phoning the organizers directly, or by sending an easy message to them through the Cavago website which can be done from the organiser's home page.
