With more than 20 years of experience in data strategy, architecture, and engineering, Yushin’s leadership will be pivotal in driving Cavago’s technological innovation and advancing its strategic vision.
Yushin has an illustrious career marked by leadership roles at prestigious organizations, including JPMorgan Chase, AWS, and Goldman Sachs. In his previous role as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Yushin spearheaded the development of scalable data platforms, led the data migration to cloud-based solutions, and implemented transformative data governance strategies. His pioneering work in data mesh and lakehouse architectures enhanced analytics capabilities and empowered decision-making across the enterprise.
Yushin's expertise spans a broad array of technologies, including AWS, Databricks, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, and advanced data engineering practices. His ability to align cutting-edge technology with business goals has consistently delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies, making him a visionary leader in the tech space.

Yushin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and numerous industry-recognized certifications, including Kubernetes Application Developer and Databricks Data Engineer. His dedication to fostering collaboration and pushing the boundaries of technology makes him a perfect fit for Cavago’s forward-thinking culture.
Currently based in New Jersey, Yushin admits that he doesn’t have a deep connection with horses, aside from a few short rides during vacations in Arizona and Texas. However, he has a strong love for all animals.
