To set up your Cavago profile, the first step is filling out the Overview Page.
What is an Overview Page?
A Cavago Overview Page is a dedicated space to introduce your equestrian business to potential customers. It serves as the first impression, offering an engaging snapshot of who you are, what you offer, and what makes your services unique. This page allows you to share your story, highlight key activities, and showcase what sets your business apart, helping riders connect with your brand and confidently choose their next experience with you.
Access to Your Host Dashboard
Log in to your host dashboard using this link: Host Dashboard Login.
Choose your login method
If you signed up using Google, click Sign in with Google.
If you signed up with an email, enter your email and password.
Forgot your password? No worries — reach out to us, and we’ll help you reset it.Access Your Overview Page
Once logged in, find the "My Page" button on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Click it.
Note: On the right side of the screen, a help section will guide you through the five steps required to complete your page.
Provide the fundamental information about your facility, including:
Facility Name
Business type (e.g., riding school, livery yard, riding club, polo club, trail riding facility, etc.)
This section allows you to highlight the key aspects of your facility. You can add up to three sections to give potential customers a comprehensive understanding of what you offer.
Once done, move to Step 3 by clicking "Next."
Upload images to make your Overview Page visually appealing:
Once satisfied, proceed to Step 4 by clicking "Your Location."
Make it easy for customers to find you:
Once completed, move to the final step, Facility Details.
The second step in setting up your Cavago profile is creating the Activity Page.
What is an Activity Page?
An activity page lets you showcase your experiences and offerings, enabling customers to discover and book them easily.
Log In to Your Host Dashboard
Access your host dashboard using your credentials.
Go to the Activities Page
Click on the "Activities" button located on the left-hand side menu.
Select Activity Packages
Select the Packages tab from the top to enter your activity packages
Note: A step-by-step guide on the right side of the activity page will assist you in setting up your activity packages effortlessly.
Activity Name: Create an engaging name that captures the essence of your package, like "Luxury Stay & Ride" or "Weekend Riding Retreat"
Activity Category: Select Riding Holidays.
Sub-Categories: Select additional relevant sub-categories if applicable (e.g., Private Group Package, Trail Riding Package).
Activity Description:
Provide a concise and engaging description. Include details about
Key activities with a detailed itinerary for multi-day activity.
List unique features that set your activity apart.
Mention accommodation and dining options for a complete experience.
Amenities (Optional):
Select any amenities available during the package or activity, such as Parking, Child Friendly, or Restroom Facilities
Riding Ability: Choose the appropriate riding level: Suitable for all, Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced.
Group or Individual:
Select whether the activity is for individuals (1-to-1) or groups.
Define the minimum and maximum number of participants.
Age Groups:
Select the suitable age group (All Ages, Adults, Children).
Specify minimum and maximum age limits if applicable.
Base Price / Person: Enter the cost per person for the activity.
Weekend and Seasonal Pricing (Optional): Add customized pricing for weekends or seasonal periods if needed.
Booking Method: Choose Subject to Confirmation if bookings require approval.
Activity Duration: Set the activity duration per day (e.g., 4 hours).
Availability Scheduling: Select On an Hourly Basis.
Enter the number of available hourly slots (e.g., 1 per hour).
Availability Dates: Set the start and end dates for when the activity is available.
Availability Time: Define the daily time slots (e.g., 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).
Unavailable Dates (Optional): Block out specific days or custom periods when the activity is not available.
Apply existing add-ons or create new ones, such as:
Tour Guides: Any guiding services during the activity.
Extra Amenities: Mention if there are any additional perks (e.g., picnic setup).
Activity Location: If the activity takes place at your main facility, select This activity is at the same location as my facility.
Address (Optional): Enter a specific address if different from your main location. Select the country and city from the dropdown menus.
Double-check all the details you’ve entered.
Click Save or Publish to make your Activity live on your Cavago profile.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Cavago profile by filling the Overview and Activity Page. Visit the Cavago website and search for your facility to see how your profile looks to customers.
