To set up your Cavago profile, the first step is filling out the Overview Page.
What is an Overview Page?
A Cavago Overview Page is a dedicated space to introduce your equestrian business to potential customers. It serves as the first impression, offering an engaging snapshot of who you are, what you offer, and what makes your services unique. This page allows you to share your story, highlight key activities, and showcase what sets your business apart, helping riders connect with your brand and confidently choose their next experience with you.
How to Navigate to Your Overview Page?

Access to Your Host Dashboard

Log in to your host dashboard using this link: Host Dashboard Login.

Choose your login method
If you signed up using Google, click Sign in with Google.
If you signed up with an email, enter your email and password.
Forgot your password? No worries — reach out to us, and we’ll help you reset it. -
Access Your Overview Page

Once logged in, find the "My Page" button on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Click it.

- You’ll now be on the editing section of your overview Page, where you can start filling in your details.
Note: On the right side of the screen, a help section will guide you through the five steps required to complete your page.
How to Create an Overview page?
Step 1: Add Basic Details
Provide the fundamental information about your facility, including:

Facility Name

Business type (e.g., riding school, livery yard, riding club, polo club, trail riding facility, etc.)
- Once you’ve completed this section, click "Next" to proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Add Additional Details
This section allows you to highlight the key aspects of your facility. You can add up to three sections to give potential customers a comprehensive understanding of what you offer.
Cavago’s Recommended Sections
- Captivate with a Hero Section: Introduce your facility with a strong opening statement that highlights your unique selling point.
- Showcase Your Activities: Describe the horseback riding experiences and other activities you offer.
- Highlight Additional Services: Mention any amenities or extra details that set your business apart. Share a bit about yourself to connect with customers—it builds trust and creates a personal touch.
Once done, move to Step 3 by clicking "Next."
Step 3: Add Image Uploads
Upload images to make your Overview Page visually appealing:
- Profile Picture: This can be your company logo, a picture of your facility, or even a personal image. Customers love seeing the people behind the business.
- Facility Images: Add multiple high-quality photos of your stables, horses, riding trails, or any other aspect that showcases your offerings.
Once satisfied, proceed to Step 4 by clicking "Your Location."
Step 4: Add Your Location
Make it easy for customers to find you:
- Add your country, city, postal code, and address.
- Provide your latitude and longitude coordinates for accurate mapping.
Once completed, move to the final step, Facility Details.
Step 5: Additional Details
- Modes of Transport: Add how customers can reach your facility, such as nearby public transport options or parking availability.
- Nearby Places: Mention attractions or landmarks near your facility to attract tourists or casual visitors.
- Food & Drinks: If you offer any unique dining experiences or snacks at your facility, include them here.
The second step in setting up your Cavago profile is creating the Activity Page.
What is an Activity Page?
An activity page lets you showcase your experiences and offerings, enabling customers to discover and book them easily.
How to Navigate to Your Activity Page?

Log In to Your Host Dashboard

Access your host dashboard using your credentials.

Go to the Activities Page

Click on the "Activities" button located on the left-hand side menu.

Select Activity Packages

Select the Packages tab from the top to enter your activity packages

How to add an Activity Page?
Step 1: Add Basic Details

Activity Name: Create an engaging name that captures the essence of your package, like "Luxury Stay & Ride" or "Weekend Riding Retreat"

Activity Category: Select Riding Holidays.

Sub-Categories: Select additional relevant sub-categories if applicable (e.g., Private Group Package, Trail Riding Package).

Activity Description:

Provide a concise and engaging description. Include details about

Key activities with a detailed itinerary for multi-day activity.

List unique features that set your activity apart.

Mention accommodation and dining options for a complete experience.

Select any amenities available during the package or activity, such as Parking, Child Friendly, or Restroom Facilities

Step 2: Define Riding Ability and Age Requirements

Riding Ability: Choose the appropriate riding level: Suitable for all, Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced.

Group or Individual:

Select whether the activity is for individuals (1-to-1) or groups.

Define the minimum and maximum number of participants.

Age Groups:

Select the suitable age group (All Ages, Adults, Children).

Specify minimum and maximum age limits if applicable.

Step 3: Set Pricing

Base Price / Person: Enter the cost per person for the activity.

Weekend and Seasonal Pricing (Optional): Add customized pricing for weekends or seasonal periods if needed.

Step 4: Configure Booking and Availability

Booking Method: Choose Subject to Confirmation if bookings require approval.

Activity Duration: Set the activity duration per day (e.g., 4 hours).

Availability Scheduling: Select On an Hourly Basis.

Enter the number of available hourly slots (e.g., 1 per hour).

Availability Dates: Set the start and end dates for when the activity is available.

Availability Time: Define the daily time slots (e.g., 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).

Unavailable Dates (Optional): Block out specific days or custom periods when the activity is not available.

Step 5: Add-Activity Add-ons (Optional)
Apply existing add-ons or create new ones, such as:

Tour Guides: Any guiding services during the activity.
- Transport Services: Mention if providing any pick & drop facility.

Extra Amenities: Mention if there are any additional perks (e.g., picnic setup).
Step 6: Location Details

Activity Location: If the activity takes place at your main facility, select This activity is at the same location as my facility.

Address (Optional): Enter a specific address if different from your main location. Select the country and city from the dropdown menus.
Step 7: Save and Review

Double-check all the details you’ve entered.

Click Save or Publish to make your Activity live on your Cavago profile.
