Managing your bookings efficiently is crucial for providing a smooth and professional experience for your clients. With the Cavago Host Dashboard and mobile app, you can easily accept or decline bookings in just a few steps.
Step 1: Log in to Your Host Dashboard or App
- Web Dashboard: Log in to the Cavago Host Dashboard using your credentials.
- Mobile App: Open the Cavago Host App on your device and sign in.
Step 2: Navigate to Pending Bookings
- Once logged in, go to the Pending Bookings section to view all incoming booking requests.
Step 3: Open Booking Details
- Click (web) or tap (mobile) on the specific booking to view its details, including the date, time, and client information.
Step 4: Review booking details & update booking status
Within the booking details, review everything and click on Booking Status to edit the status
.
Step 5: Accept or Decline the Booking
- Accept: Confirm the booking by clicking or tapping the "Accept" button.
- Decline: Decline the booking by selecting the "Decline" option.

Propose available slots: If the booking time doesn't work for you, you can propose a new date or time to the customer.
