How to Navigate to Your Activity Page?

Log In to Your Host Dashboard

Access your host dashboard using your credentials.

Go to the Activities Page

Click on the "Activities" button located on the left-hand side menu.

Select Hourly Activities

By default, the page will open in the Package Activities section.

If not, select the package tab to start adding your riding lesson.

How to add a Riding Lesson package to Your Activity Page?
Step 1: Add Basic Details

Activity Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name, such as “5 Dressage Lessons” or “4 Pony Riding Lessons”.

Activity Category: Select Lessons & Clinics

Sub-Categories: Select additional relevant sub-categories if applicable (e.g., Private Lessons, Individual Lessons).:

Activity Description:

Provide a concise and engaging description. Include details about:

Lesson goals (e.g., equestrian skills, horsemanship training).
- Features (Details and Schedule of the complete bundle - Lesson by Lesson).

Mention the trainers (e.g., certified instructors, tailored coaching etc.,).

Share details about the facility (leisure spots post-sessions).

Step 2: Define Riding Ability and Age Requirements

Riding Ability: Choose the appropriate riding level: Suitable for all, Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced.

Group or Individual:

Select whether the lesson package is for individuals (1-to-1) or groups.

If the lesson package is for group, specify the minimum and maximum number of participants.

Age Groups:

Define the suitable age group for the lessons (All Ages, Adults, Children).

Specify minimum and maximum age limits if applicable.

Step 3: Set Pricing

Base Price/Person: Enter the cost per person for the complete package.

Weekend and Seasonal Pricing (Optional available at the end): Add customized pricing for weekends or seasonal periods if needed.

Step 4: Configure Booking and Availability

Booking Method: Choose Subject to Confirmation if bookings require approval.

No. of Packages Available: Mention how many packages are available to be booked.

When is this Package Available? Here you have the option to choose the booking model that suits you best.

On a regular basis: Once this option is chosen, check 'Fixed Package':

- Fixed Package: Input the number of days for the package you're offering.

Availability Dates: Set the start and end dates for the lesson package.

Unavailable Dates (Optional): Block out specific days or custom periods when the lesson package is not available.

Step 5: Add Activity Add-ons (Optional)
Apply existing add-ons or create new ones, along with their description, and set their specific price. For example, Riding Helmet, Additional lesson feature, Personalized lesson, etc.
Step 6: Location Details

Activity Location: If the complete lesson bundle takes place at your main facility, select This activity is at the same location as my facility.

Address (Optional): Enter a specific address if different from your main location. Select the country and city from the dropdown menus.

Step 7: Save and Review

Double-check all the details you’ve entered.

Click Save or Publish to make your Riding Lesson Package live on your Cavago page.
